Gift wrapping and packaging
FREE GIFT-WRAPPING
I am happy to gift wrap any item and include a gift card ~ there is no additional charge for this service. Simply let me know you would like this option in Comments at Checkout, and don't forget to tell me what you would like written on the card.
PACKAGING
I take great care when packaging my artworks to protect them in transit. Watercolours are packed flat. Paintings over US$250 are sent by courier with tracking/insurance. Paintings under US$250 may be sent without tracking/insurance (this also applies if alternative shipping options are not available to some countries). Please get in touch with me if you would like to discuss your shipping options.
Custom and personalised orders
COMMISSIONS
Commissions are always welcome. It costs nothing to discuss options and get a quote. Please refer to my Commissions/Custom painting listing for more information.
International customers
Any custom fees, import taxes, duties etc. incurred at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your country is not listed, please message me to discuss delivery options. I am happy to ship (almost) anywhere.
